Juliet Delta is an author from Wales. Growing up within a creative family inspired a passion for art, design, writing, and acting. Through private tuition, masterclasses, and elements of drama school training, a lasting interest in character creation developed over a ten-year period of acting and screenwriting before publishing her debut novel.

Between 2016 and 2018, while studying real human behaviour to enhance performance and writing, Juliet discovered there was more to character creation than first believed. Refined over several years, these observations evolved into the Catbirding methodology; a structured system for authentic, believable character creation.
